Northline was founded in 2011 on a simple idea: businesses do better when their strategy, design and marketing are decided by the same people, in the same room.
How we got here
We started as two people and a shared desk, doing brand work for local businesses. Fourteen years later we are a team of nine, working with companies across logistics, healthcare, finance and technology.
What has not changed is the size of the team. Staying small means we can be selective about the work we take on, and give every client the attention they are paying for.
Three rules we do not break
Senior people only
The person you meet in the first call is the person doing the work. No handoffs to a junior team.
Plain language
If we cannot explain a recommendation in a sentence, we have not thought about it hard enough.
Measured outcomes
Every project starts with the number we are trying to move, and ends with a report on whether it did.
